This beautiful decorated non-smoking, pet free, first floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a den awaits you at Tara Golf and Country Club. There is hard wood flooring throughout with Tommy Bahama style furnishings. The condo features a master bedroom with a walk in closet, king size bed, and a full size bath with a walk in shower. The den has a queen size leather sofa bed. The second bedroom also has a king size bed and another full size bathroom right next to it. The living area opens up to an screen enclosed rear lanai for enjoying comfortable relaxation overlooking the 6th green and the 7th tee. There are twos lounge chairs plus a table to enjoy your meal outdoors. The large eat in kitchen overlooks the front lanai. A washer and dryer are located in the condo for added convenience. Two flat screen TV's (one in the living room and one in the master bedroom) with Cable, Internet, and WiFi are also provided and included in the monthly rates. There is a "Class A" Golf Membership transferable for a $400 which is paid directly to Tara Golf and County Club. This allows our renters to play golf on a private beautiful golf course for reduced rates, unlimited practice range and enjoy all the amenities including dining in the newly renovated and expanded club house restaurant, exercise facility, tennis courts, pools, etc. Tara is less than 1 mile west of I-75 and offers easy access to some of the most popular areas the west coast of Florida has to offer. Located 20 - 30 minutes from Siesta Key, St. Armands Circle, and the Ringling Museum. Other beaches include Bradenton Beach, Longboat Key, Lido, Anna Marie Island, and Holmes Beach. If you like shopping, fishing, and dining, you will be centrally located to all of these activities. As the interstate is just minutes away from the condo, the Sarasota/Bradenton Airport is convenient and located only 20 minutes away. The Tampa International Airport is 40 minutes away, Orlando Airport is less than 2 hours away, and Miami Airport is about 4 hours away. Our condo is truly a tranquil home away from home with everything to make your stay comfortable, warm, and inviting! Monthy rate for the winter season is $3800/month, which include the months of January, February, and March. Off season monthly rates are lower and available upon request.
